This is a CASH ONLY sale. We will not accept checks or credit cards. There will be 10 people allowed in the home and pole barn at a time. We will not quote prices for items over the phone or by email. We are NOT responsible for accidents. Enter sale at your own risk. No Food or Drinks will be allowed inside the sale. Our company does research and prices items to the best of our ability. All items sold as is and no refunds or exchanges given. Numbers will be given out at 9:30 A.M. and the doors will open at 10 A.M. We do not own the items therefore we are subject, to some degree, as to the owners ultimate actions as it relates to availability. There will be a layaway table available for your convenience. Please remember to be courteous to others while parking. Shiawassee County Sheriff will give any shoplifters a free ride to jail. We look forward to seeing you at our sale!

UPDATE: Due to the Governor's new restrictions we are only allowed to have people view the sale item's by appointment. Please text your name to (248.790.9588) and what time you would like to come to the sale. The sale will be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. You will get a confirmation text back to confirm your appointment. We will also have an appointment table on site to sign up for a time slot. If there is less than 10 people present you can come in right away.
The estate was owned by a farmer for many years. He repaired all of his farm equipment. We have a pole barn packed full of tools and farm related items. This is a very clean home with something for everyone. The home has three bedrooms, a basement, and garage full of household items.
