Cash or Most Credit/Debit Cards accepted with a minimum sale of $25.00 and proper id. All sales final. No guarantees or warranties implied. Please, no large hand bags or containers can be brought into sale. Personal bags may be brought in but we will empty your items out at checkout.
Note: A Timeless Estate does not handle large items purchased. Buyer - Please arrange for family or friends to help you move all furniture, appliances or any other large items purchased from the sale. All items must be removed by end of sale. And as always, please respect the owners and neighbors property. Do not park in circle driveway.
There will be a supplied sign-up sheet that will be put out late evening the night before the sale. Signup sheet will be used for both the Garage/Barn and also House Entry. Garage and Barn are opening at 9:00, House open promptly at 10:00 am. SORRY NO EARLY BIRDS.
We do not give out prices for items before the sale. You must attend the sale if you are interested in an item.
