This sale is in a three-bedroom home with items in two-auto garage, under awnings and outside; steps required to enter/exit house and there are areas of uneven terrain. House is not for sale. Please use social distancing.
We do not use sign-up sheets or numbers. First in line will be first to enter sale. Enter at front door and exit at back door to garage, cashier station and holding area. We do not provide prices by phone, text or email or in advance of the sale. Thanks for understanding.
Terms: Cash, good checks or debit and credit cards. $35 fee for returned checks.
