This is the estate of an horologist. According to his widow, the majority of the clocks and watches run, but are probably in need of some cleaning and/or lubricating. In testing the pieces, most either run or seem to be able to run with just a little maintenance. I have marked the watches either "running," "moves freely" (i.e. the balance spins freely but does not engage fully), "moves" (i.e. the balance moves with coaxing - often the watch is simply overwound), or "needs work" (the watch seems to be frozen, or needs repair).
