5) We do not have any public restrooms, plan accordingly
6) NO LARGE BAGS, please leave them in your car, or check them at the cashier area, we cannot stress this enough. Please check your large bag at the cashier area. We have ample space for holding your items.

8) We do honor street numbers. The first person in line will pass out numbers. We do not pass our numbers, but we do honor street numbers.

The Dynamic Trio, is very excited about this sale, as we are keeping this one in the "Family".  First and foremost, we have to lay out some ground rules for this sale.  The home has been sold, and the current owners, and the new owners have reached an agreement on some of the furnishings, that will be clearly marked as "ITEM NOT FOR SALE", and those items will not be pictured.  That being said, some areas, will be clearly marked as "NO ITEMS FOR SALE IN THIS ROOM".  Please be respectful of that, and leave the door closed.  Thank you!!  There is also a security system in the home as well.  Ok, we got that all out of the way, let the fun begin!!

The current owners of the home, have decided that all the hard to move furniture and heavy items, will be put into the garage for easy moving.  Thank you current owners.

We are going to pause here and state....YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING ALL ITEMS OUT OF THE HOME.  Chuck and Steve are not going to be available to move furniture at this sale, so make it happen.  Everyone knows someone that is strong with a truck.  We are now done with out PSA.  Thanks for the pause, and now the fun stuff.

Most of the items are on the main floor, and lower level.  Some items are still in the one room upstairs, but easily manageable.  This will not be your typical Estate Sale, as all the items that we have are decorative, practical and of very high quality.

To start out with we have a lovely White Rotary sewing machine, complete with cabinet.  In remarkable condition.  We have small medium and large decorative pieces, all of the finest quality.  Lladro and crystal pieces as well.  Vintage decanters, faux plants and trees, live plants and decorative pieces for the yard, along with pots, and flowers as well.  Statues and fountains too. Furniture brands are Henredon and Stanley.  Again, all this furniture is high end, and some is vintage and antique.

Beautiful pottery pieces too.  Also, pay close attention to that incredible wine service set, direct from the Ann Arbor Art Fair.  Also those amazing place settings, beige and white, are from Mexico, hand made, and full of character.

Solid wood, hand carved furniture, dining room set, bedroom set, sofas, loveseats, chairs, wood chairs, upholstered chairs.  Trundle daybed too.  Office furniture and chairs.  Folding table and chairs. Wicker furniture set. Folding rack for storage.  Area rugs in all lengths and sizes.

That 1970's dinette set is simply incredible.  Longaberger baskets, small collection of Halloween and Christmas decorations.  Dolls cars and animal collectibles, along with a nice selection of vintage cigar boxes too.  Needle works too.  Sports and automotive memorabilia.   Great selection of yard, and tools implements as well.

Plastic shelving units too.  Craft items, and craft storage furniture as well.  Wood stamps, cabinets, files.

As of today, we are set and ready to go!!  As promised, the current homeowners, have moved all the heavy furniture and placed it very nicely in the garage nicely displayed, so the hard part is done.  This has to be
