1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

This sale is a one of a kind sale, like no other that we have ever brought you.  Of course we say that now, but it's only the end of February, and we still have 10 months to go here!!!

Even if you don't want or need, or have any urge to but anything, you seriously need to come out, take a look around, and see history!  We cannot say enough about this sale.  The items in this sale are authentic, original, and truly one of a kind.  An entire lifetime has been spend carefully curating, collecting, and winning all of these possessions.  From prizes to awards, from judging to being one of the top and foremost "go-to guys" in the automotive world, this is one for the record books.

We also have some great household items as well, and more.  Of course we have clothing, and such, just be nice about being neat, a lot of work, and time, and effort went into setting up this sale.

We also have drawers filled with clothing as well, and time and space does not allow us to sort it all out, so for the first time ever, we are going to do, $2 clothing items that are in the drawers.  You need to respect the fact that a lot of time and effort went into sorting, cleaning and folding these items.  Please be considerate, and put things back, in an orderly fashion.

 

*****  HELLO!!!!  Let's have some fun here shall we?  Today is 02/05/2025 and we have PICTURES!!!!!  So you know what that means, we are off to the races!!!!!

Where do we even begin to start with this one.  So much to say, so much to see, so much to do, so little time to get it all in.  We have only three days at this wonderfully packed Estate Sale.  Just three, which means, plan on getting here early, because just from the responses that we have been getting, we are going to be busy.  And yes, the rumors are true, all the items that you see are original one of a kinds, with a great historical value.  All items are authentic and original, and some items do have autographs on them as well.

We have some most amazing Christmas items as well, as fine collectibles, and posters, and pictures, and all kinds of various garden art, and accessories.  We have a white wicker set with six chairs, two round tables, and an oval table, all with glass tops, in great condition.  We also have a very nice ladder, a self propelled lawn mower, and much much more.

Inside and outside of this Estate Sale is simply packed with all kinds of wonderful treasures.  At time you will feel like you are on a treasure hunt, which is part of the plan that we are putting together.

We have an industrial welder with tanks, along with an industrial compressor with hoses as well, to run your tools. We have hand tools, and some power tools as well.  Car ramps, for when your wrenching on your car, and a very nice toboggan as well for lots of family fun and excitement.  Brand new TV and brand new wall mount too, never used at all.  We do have some nice furniture in the garage as well, all in great condition.

A small note about the signs, posters and other automotive memorabilia that you are seeing in the pictures.  We have recruited extra help to help safely remove these items from the walls and ceiling.  Yes automotive memorabilia can go very nicely on the ceiling too.  So, please do not be in any hurry to get this items torn down, we are going to assist you so that the value, and the item remain intact, and preserve the value of those items.

We also have a nice collection of men's and women's clothing as well. Magazines, and periodicals too.  All we can say about this sale is that it is going to be packed, and will be lots and lots of fun too.

As we made mention before that part of this sale is going to be a treasure hunt, both inside and outside.  We are certainly excited to bring you this sale.  Please, and we often say this too.  Please look carefully at each and every picture, as everything that you see will be for sale.  Nothing is going to be held back.

Again, as we set up we are uncovering more and more items that are so amazing.  Part of this sale is going to be a treasure hunt, and part is going to be a surprise mystery boxes, too.  This one is going to be fun, exciting, and so much more!!!
