PLEASE NOTE THE TIME OF OPENING AND CLOSING ON DAY 1. WE HAVE ADJUSTED OUR TIME SO PEOPLE WHO WORK DURING THE DAY CAN ATTEND THE SALE AFTER WORK!
Day 1: numbers will be passed out at 11:00am up until opening. If you are not in line when your number is called, you will forfeit your place in line.
Day 2: there will not be numbers. Please line up by 9:50am. We will start the sale promptly at 10:00am. Most items will be 50% off on Day 2, but some items will not be.

By entering the property, you agree with these terms. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items, items left unattended, or items left on-site after payment. If you buy it, take it with you.
All items are sold “As is, where is.” There are no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied.
You must bring help to load items into your vehicle. Staff will not be able to assist you with loading.
Cameras are in use. By entering the premises you agree to be photographed, voice recorded and/or videotaped. Shoplifting will not be tolerated.Please respect your fellow customers, staff and neighbors. Remember we are only guests on the property.
Valuables, ammunition, firearms and jewelry are never left on site.

This is a nice sale. There is high end furniture, jewelry, a full set of Johnson Brothers dishes including a rare butter dish. Most items in this sale looks brand new. Everything is well maintained.
Kitchen-a Keurig coffee maker, George Foreman grill, a blender/food prepped all in one, mixers, dishes, four sets of silver plated silverware in the box, toaster, MCM chip and dip, MCM casserole, lots of pots and pans, container sets and much more.
Entertainment- some MCM pieces, such as a cheese tray, chip and dip, cheese picks, a beautiful crystal set, a beautiful Fostoria etched set, an aqua pitcher with set of glasses. noritake set of dishes, andmuch more.
