All items are sold as-is, where-is. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties.
• Entry & Occupancy
Entry may be limited during busy periods for the safety and comfort of our guests. Please be courteous to other shoppers and respect the property.
• Early Arrivals
Please respect the neighborhood and surrounding properties. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or neighboring properties. Details regarding numbers, sign-up sheets, or entry order will be posted if applicable.
• Holds & Sold Items
Items will not be considered sold until payment has been received. We cannot guarantee holds without payment.
• Furniture & Large Purchases
Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting their purchases. Please bring appropriate help, tools, packing materials, and vehicles for larger items. Sale staff may not be available to assist with loading.
• Pickup
All purchases must be removed by the designated pickup deadline unless other arrangements have been approved. Items left after the deadline may be considered abandoned.
• Breakables & Packing
Please use care when handling collectibles, glassware, artwork, and other fragile items. Buyers are responsible for packing and safely transporting their purchases.
• Children
Children must remain supervised at all times. Due to the number of fragile and collectible items, parents and guardians are responsible for their children while on the property.
• Safety
Please use caution while on the property. By entering the sale, attendees acknowledge that they are responsible for exercising reasonable care while shopping and removing purchases.
• Item Availability
Every effort will be made to accurately represent the items shown in photographs and advertisements. However, items may be sold, removed, or otherwise become unavailable prior to or during the sale.
