- Numbers will be available an hour before sale. They will be handed out to shoppers in line accordingly one hour before the sale begins.
-16 people will be able to enter at a time. Masks are required.
-Some items are available for presale. All of these items are noted in the first picture. Please call or text Lean On Me Services at 269-241-0515 to purchase before the sale.
- There will be no returns, refunds, or warranties on any items. All sales are final once purchased. Everything we sell is sold AS IS.
- You are required to dismantle and move all items to your vehicle. Please bring help to ensure a seamless move of larger items. Thank you.
- There will be NO public bathroom on-site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.
