- There will be NO returns, refunds, or warranties on any items. All sales are final once purchased. Everything we sell is sold AS IS.
- No early sales
- Please bring help to move larger items, we will help if available but if you know your buying a large item, we ask that you bring help. Thank you.
- There will be NO public bathroom on site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.
-We DO NOT accept sign up sheets or lists. Please stand in line when you arrive and we will hand out #s when we arrive based on the line you have formed. No #s are passed out on day 2 or 3.

Treasured Home will be offering our next quality estate sale in Portage. This sale will be done in 2 separate phases. First will be the main level, garage and back patio. This classic ranch home has some awesome items. The home is very clean and full of some great finds.
