Next Chapter and the homeowners are not responsible for accidents to people or things.
All sales are as is with no refunds or exchanges.
All purchased items, including furniture, must be picked up prior to the close of the last day of the sale. Any items left after the sale has closed, even if paid for, are considered abandoned and are surrendered back to the estate.

There will be a sign-up sheet outside the front door one hour before opening on each sale day to allow for first-come/first-serve access to the sale at the time it opens. Customers will enter the home according to the order on the sign-up sheet. Typically this is not a long process, but be prepared to wait depending on home size and crowd.
You MUST be present to sign in for first entry to the home. One name per line for entry only.

We reserve the right to refuse service to people bullying during the sign-up or sale process, or escort anyone off premises for their behavior or history of behavior.

You MUST bring help if you intend to purchase items you cannot carry alone. We will not help move furniture or large equipment.
Any large furniture or equipment purchases can be picked up anytime during the sale days - with no allowance for pick ups AFTER the sale is complete unless (in rare cases) it is cleared with management.

We do not offer pubic restrooms.
