We have a beautiful collection of clean and well preserved items at our next estate sale. Fans of Danish Modern and the Mid Century Modern aesthetic will be especially pleased. “Stay tuned” as we continue to update with more pictures and information.

The sale takes place Saturday, September 26, from 10am until 3pm, and Sunday, September 27, from 10am until 2pm.

WARNING: There is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING at this estate sale location. Patrons will have to park in the neighborhood across the street. Because shoppers will have to cross the very busy Oakland Drive, we strongly advise that everyone walk to a traffic light to cross. The driveway will be available for loading large purchases.

NOTE: Purchase of furniture and large items will require you to bring your own assistance.

The ADDRESS will be posted at THIS SITE at 7am, or shortly thereafter, on the first day of the sale. No sign-up sheet, so please keep track of your place in line. Shoppers will be allowed in on a first-come, first-served basis, according to who is present at the time.

* Card purchases must be a minimum of $25. CASH ONLY for purchases over $250. No out of town checks.

* Sorry, no pre-sales of advertised items unless specified.

* No public restrooms. Please plan accordingly.

* No food or drink inside the home.

* As always, sales are as-is and final, so please inspect your items carefully before purchase.

* Please bring your own assistance for large loads; not responsible for accidents.

* Items must be picked up by 2pm on Sunday, or you will lose them. Retro Estate Sales does not issue refunds.
