Numbers handed out starting at 7:30am for both Sales. Everyone needs a number to get in. We start the sale at 9am. Come get a number and be back by 9. Franklin house is larger to accomodate, Grand Lake a little smaller. We will do our best to get you in as soo as possible.

When parking on Alpena, please do not block the neighbors and leave the driveway empty to load large items. Driveway may be treacherous. We will salt but please be very careful. Same with Grand Lake. Drive way is very narrow. Please park on the road and walk in.

Franklin is a wonderful collection that covers everything need in a house and some really nice highlight items. We have an LG 55" Smart TV., Two beautiful Full size beds with like new mattresses, Two dining room tables, 3 Barrister Bookcases, Lighted China Cabinet, every decoration needed for Christmas, Halloween and others. We have dressers, mirrors, lamps full office, Linens, Love Seats, Sleeper Sofa some antiques. Let the pictures guide you.

Grand Lake was an Air BNB and has SO MUCH is a little area. Every nook and cranny is filled. We have beautiful furniture, Two Queen Beds, Twin Bunk beds, 42" Flat Screen TV, Beautiful Black Glass TV Stand, Large Kitchen Table with 6 chairs, Electric Dryer, Combination Washer/Dryer, Bursting Garage, and even items outside (had to empty a storage unit and no room in the inn).

Lots of small items that will be nice for anyone.

We will be using numbers and the handout will start at 7:30am on Friday. Sorry but due to confusion, each person must present themselves to get a number. At the beginning of the sale, no one will be given entry without a number.

Payments Accepted: Cash, Credit, Debit. Sorry NO Checks!

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. Please check before you buy. If it leaves with you it stays with you.
