YOU MUST HAVE A PURCHASE PERMIT, CPL, MCOLES OR FFL to purchase firearms from our estate sale. Purchase permits can be obtained at any Sherrifs department, take only ten minutes, and are valid for 30 days on any firearm. The Sherrifs department runs a background check to ensure the buyer can legally own a firearm and gives the buyer a form to bring to the sale.

Friday, September 25th: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Saturday, September 26th: 9:00am – 4:00pm (50% OFF MOST ITEMS)
Sunday, September 27th: 10am - 2:00pm (75% OFF MOST ITEMS)

Cash
Local checks (with valid ID) up to $1,000 unless approved by owner
Credit/Debit Cards (+4% processing fee)
Wire Transfers

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available on select items. Buyer must pay a $10 packaging fee, the total shipping cost and insurance with signature. Items must be paid in full before the package is released.

EARLY SIGN-IN / ENTRY PROCESS:
A Mid-Michigan Estates (MM) official sign-in sheet will be available at 8:00am.

The first 30 people to sign-in will be granted first entry. Additional customers will be admitted in an orderly flow as space allows.

Street Sheet Policy:
MM does honor a street-sheet. The first person to start the list must stay onsite until 8:00am to transfer the list onto our official roster.

SIGN-IN / REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
ONE name per entry (no placeholders).
Clearly print your first and last name.
Be present at the check-in table by 8:50am.
When your name is called, announce yourself and proceed as directed.

CHECK-OUT & HOLD AREA
One centralized checkout will be inside the garage.

BIDDING POLICY
Bidding is accepted on items $100 and above.
Submit bids at checkout using our bid forms.
Bids are reviewed at the end of each sale day.
Some exclusions apply.

REMOVAL OF LARGE ITEMS
Buyers must provide their own labor and transportation for large or heavy items.
We strongly encourage bringing help for large purchases.
A moving device may be available upon request, depending on item size and distance.
All items must be removed during sale hours, unless prior arrangements are made.
Please use care when removing items—buyers are responsible for any damage to the home or merchandise

Discount Exclusions:
Certain items may not follow standard discount schedules, including:
Gold, sterling and fine jewelry
Coins and currency
Firearms

Fine art and select collectibles
Minimum Pricing:
Select inventory will not be discounted below wholesale value.
In these cases, MM may accept bids and sell to the highest offer.
All Sales Final:
All items are sold as-is, where-is.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

SECURITY & MERCHANDISE HANDLING
Property is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance.
High-value items (including jewelry and select collectibles) may be secured or removed from the premises outside of sale hours.
Theft will be prosecuted.
MM reserves the right to refuse service or ban individuals for misconduct.
