PICK UP changes Due to MI Executive Order:
Pick up will be either TUESDAY 4/14 10am - 7pm and SATURDAY 4/18 10 am - 2pm OR if the executive order is extended past 4/13/20 then we will hold your items for you until the first available Tuesday/Saturday for pickup.

SHIPPING IS Available for the Continental US!! Contact Us for a Quote. See auction for details. Handling fee has been waived for the COVID-19 situation.
ALL THE BIDDING IS ONLINE! All sales are final. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
*******BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD your items as we are unable to help, especially for furniture and big items.*******
Payment: Credit card on file will be charged automatically after the close of the auction. If your card is declined, you have 24 hours to rectify the situation and make payment. Buyers must pay in full before any lot is shipped or released. Buyer's Premium is 15%.
**Shipping is available at buyer expense - no upcharge on shipping. You pay what we pay. Buyer pays all costs related to shipping, including a $3 per box handling charge but not limited to, postage and carriage costs, packaging materials, insurance. (The handling has been waived due to covid-19.) You own the lot once we give possession to the carrier, and you are responsible for any issues with lost or damaged shipments. We do insure any item shipped via Priority Mail and if you request insurance on first class shipments.
