CLOSES: Monday, March 21st, when the catalog goes LIVE and lots start closing at 7pm

PICKUP DATES: Tuesday, March 22nd 10am - 6pm and Saturday, March 26th 10am - 2pm
PICKUP LOCATION: Local pick-up is at our warehouse in Hamlin Industrial Park at 1775 W. Hamlin Rd, Suite B, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 unless otherwise noted. **We are located to the East of Royce Haley Dr. (Google Maps is wrong sometimes).We are on the front corner of the 3rd building in the Hamlin Industrial Park complex. Pull up to the side of the building near the big garage door. Storage is not an option as we have limited storage space in our warehouse. If winning bidders do not pick up their won items during the posted dates and times above, items will be considered abandoned and handled per our terms and conditions. The only exception is those bidder who are on our 2 week pick up list. This policy still applies after the second week of pickup dates/times or those who have received confirmation from us that a later pickup date is allowed.

SHIPPING: We also ship ELIGIBLE items within the continental US. No international shipping, including Canada. Please read Lot 1b for details. Please read all information before bidding. Lots that we can ship say, "Shipping Available". If it does not say this on that specific lot, then WE CAN NOT SHIP the item.
