Welcome to Avalon Estate Sales! Please note the following terms and conditions:
- We honor street numbers! Street numbers are the number system used to ensure the fair and orderly admittance of customers at the beginning of a
sale. The first customer to arrive at the location of a sale is number one. That person will then remain at the sale address and distribute numbers to other
customers in the order that they arrive. Customers will line up according to their designated street number just before the sale opens.
- We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards as forms of payment. No personal checks.
- NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES / WARRANTIES. All items are sold "AS IS." We strongly encourage interested buyers to test and inspect all items before
purchasing. We are not responsible for damage incurred to any item after purchase or removal from the premises.
- Customer is responsible for moving/loading large items. Please bring additional help if necessary.
- To ensure fair and equal opportunity to all our loyal customers, items are sold on a first come, first served basis. NO PRE-SALES.
- Please email us at info@avalonestatesales.net with questions regarding a specific item. We DO NOT quote prices before the start of a sale.
- Enter at your own risk! Avalon Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred while on the premises. Please
be courteous and mindful of other customers while shopping. Please watch your step!

- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
