This incredibly packed sale is so large with a lower floor so big that it must be run as two simultaneous sales. The walk-out lower floor sale features many hundreds of full boxes of vintage to modern Christmas, craft and decorative homemaking items including including many hundreds of new with tags rolls of ribbon and floral items, plus magazines, books, baskets, housewares and a working Art Deco era Singer sewing machine. Access to the upper floors directly from the lower floor will not be permitted. This sale will be accessed from the back of the house.

The upper two floors are packed with vintage to modern high end name brand furniture including 2 barely used damask Sherrill couches, plus incredible amounts of quality clothing, purses and shoes (many new with tags), numerous beautiful original framed oil paintings and prints, fine unused cosmetics in their original packaging, quality various sized Indian wool rugs, vast amounts of bedding and curtains, lots of costume jewelry, a packed kitchen and a large amount of decorative items including numerous Asian ceramics, solid wood items, wonderful brass items including many Stiffel lamps, and 3 Schonbek chandeliers and light fixtures. This sale will be accessed from the garage.

The garage contains a large commercial volume of outdoor tools and chemicals from the family landscaping business and is aggressively priced to move in large quantities at the beginning of the sale.

The family is highly motivated to get the home on the market so all contents must be liquidated ASAP. All new with tags and unused items with retail prices evident will be priced at 50% of the sticker amount (rounded to the nearest dollar), and all other items will be priced to sell quickly and in volume. Most items under $25 are not priced, and fair and reasonable offers for these items will be accepted. Amounts on priced items will be firm for Thursday and Friday, and most prices will be 50% off (rounded to the nearest dollar) Saturday and dramatically discounted Sunday. This is a large home with a number of thousand of items and EVERYTHING MUST GO!
