ALL BIDDING IS ONLINE! All sales are final. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.

*******BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD your items as we are unable to help, especially for furniture and big items.*******

Payment: Credit card on file will be charged automatically after the close of the auction. If your card is declined, you have 24 hours to rectify the situation and make payment. Buyers must pay in full before any lot is shipped or released. Buyer's Premium is 15%.

Curbside pickups are allowed within specific guidelines.
PICKUP DATES: Tuesday, May 5th 10am - 6pm and Saturday, May 9th 10am - 2pm for pickups of winning items.
HOW IT WORKS:
When you arrive, we ask that you stay in your car and call or text 248-505-5985 and we will gather your items
and bring them outside to you on a cart so you can load them into your vehicle.
**Please bring help to load any large items that you win.
We are taking steps to keep you safe during pick ups/drop offs, including:
-Maintaining a minimum 6 foot distance at all times.
-Disinfecting carts after every pickup
-All employees will wear masks and gloves at all times.
-Limiting the number of employees working together at any one time.

SHIPPING IS Available for the Continental US!! Contact Us for a Quote. See auction for details.
**Shipping is available at buyer expense. You pay what we pay and we pay discounted shipping rates. Buyer pays all costs related to shipping, including a $3 per box handling charge for large, fragile items. You own the lot once we give possession to the carrier, and you are responsible for any issues with lost or damaged shipments. We do insure any item shipped via Priority Mail and if you request insurance on first class shipments.
