Woodsy Rockford Estate Sale

A Huge HELLO to you all! :-)   We are so very excited to be hosting this amazing sale in Rockford after a unexpected glitch in our monthly sales due to Covid-19.  We hope this finds you all healthy and well and as ready as we are to return to doing sales!  We want to start out with a short list of new guidelines to keep us all safe during our sale days.

.........Masks must be worn by all shoppers and staff (customers must provide their own masks)

.........Practice 6 ft Social Distancing

.........If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or recent loss of taste/smell please do not attend our sale

.........Be mindful of how long you linger at the sale as you may be hindering others from shopping due to the need to maintain social distancing

.........We are providing markings on the floors as a guide for safe distancing

.........Dream Team will step in and manage social distancing of customers if that becomes necessary due to crowds

.........Dream Team will sign all square Credit Card purchases for customers to help reduce cross contamination

This fantastic sale is nestled 1/4 mile off of 13 Mile Rd and can be accessed via a shared gravel road.  We are asking for shoppers to park on the WEST SIDE ONLY of the GRAVEL road using the opposing side for thru traffic. (Anyone blocking this road will run the risk of being fined/towed at their expense)  We are providing a small area for turning around your vehicle in the driveway of the sale house.  We are aware this gravel road is not ideal for the flow of sale traffic but please be patient with us and others as we navigate this minor obstacle.
