PRESALE HAS CONCLUDED, ALL ITEMS REMAINING WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE SALE STARTING OCTOBER 10TH.

****FOR SAFETY PURPOSES this 3 building sale will be roped off other than the downstairs entrance of the house which is where the sign up sheet should be kept. DO NOT go under, around, or beyond the ropes in any way. This rule is in place prior to the sale AND during the sale. You may only enter and exit the sale through the house entrance. Anyone that goes beyond the roped-off section will have their name removed from the list and may be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS

- On Day 1 of sale: The official numbers will be handed out at 8am. We honor a pre-signup sheet but you MUST STAY on premise once you sign up and you MUST be present at 8am to receive your number. If you are not present at 8am on day 1 of sale when we call your name, your name will be skipped and your number will be given to the next in line (we cannot make ANY exceptions to this rule - your number counts for you and you alone). Do NOT sign up for others, if you have a car full of people, please all sign the list as we want to avoid any arguments/confusion.

- Day 1 of sale is full price | Day 2 is 25% off | Day 3 is 50% off

- We accept cash and credit/debit card only, no checks. Credit transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee.

- Please bring help for moving larger items as we are unable to assist with moving your purchases. All items must be removed by the close of sale on final day.

- All sales are final and all items are sold as is, where is. No holds and no refunds after items are sold.

- You are entering the sale at your own risk - the homeowner and Bear and Wolf Estate Sales are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur anywhere on the property. The house has fairly steep stairs and there is a loft in the barn with no hand rail, an open side, and exposed nails on the other side. If there is any chance you will have trouble climbing the stairs but are interested in an item on the second floor of the barn please let a worker know. Some of the barn wood may have exposed nails - please handle with care.

***Please arrive as early as you are comfortable waiting. This is a house with all sorts of treasures on 2 floors with smaller rooms making for some tight spaces. We will need to limit the number of people that can enter at opening on day 1.

Street parking and restricted off-driveway parking only. Driveway is for pickup/drop-off ONLY. Please look for the signs once you are close to the address as Google Maps takes you to a nearby area and not the correct location. Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

Be EXTREMELY careful when parking on the street. The road is narrow and does not have much of a shoulder. Vehicles seem to drive very fast down this road as well. To add to this, the driveway is right after/before the crest of a hill with limited visibility. We will do our best with signage to slow people down, but your safety is your responsibility. Again, please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
