@ We do control the number of people we let in the sale at any given time. Please be prepared to possibly have to wait outside in line to enter the sale.

@ We *** DO NOT *** individually price with stickers ANY of our items at our sales. Look for the main general price sheet typically placed near the cashier and some pricing sheets located through out the house on the walls and doors. PLEASE ask the cashier for information on prices.
@ NO FOOD IS ALLOWED AT THE SALE - PLEASE LEAVE YOU DRINKS IN YOUR CAR.
@ PLEASE ARRIVE IN PLENTY OF TIME TO ALLOW YOURSELF TIME TO SHOP AS WE WILL STOP LETTING PEOPLE INSIDE THE HOUSE AT 2:40 PM EACH DAY. WE CLOSE AT 3 PM AND YOU WILL NEED TO BE CHECKED OUT AND LEAVING THE SALE BY 3 PM.
@ We will have limited bags and wrapping material. Please bring your own bags and packaging as we may not be able to supply these with your purchases. We also have very limited space to hold items in the home so you may need to pay for your items and take them to your car.
@ MAKE SURE CHILDREN STAY WITH AN ADULT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY.
@ Cashier / Sunshine Estate Sales has the RIGHT / discretion to adjust final prices on any item or the refusal of selling any items for any reason.
@ We use security cameras that are placed through out the house with a recorded live feed. You agree upon entering and shopping at the sale to be recorded. Shoplifting will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave the sale and we will prosecute shoplifters to the full extent.
@ We DO NOT carry, move or help load items into your car. Please bring someone who can assist you in moving and loading your items.
@ Street numbers are honored. We DO NOT pass out numbers. Please look for the customer who is passing out numbers.
