• All winning items must be purchased by PayPal by noon on August 7th.
• All merchandise is sold “as is” and all sales are Final. No refunds will be made.
• We are not responsible for any accidents that may happen while you at pick-up so please be careful and courteous to those around you and watch your step!
• All person attending sales or removing merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Caring Transitions of South Oakland County from any liability. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to determine condition, age authenticity, value, or any other determinative factor regarding specific item(s).
• Caring Transitions of South Oakland County may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising on the internet and at the sale but makes no representations of authenticity. In no event shall Caring Transitions of South Oakland County be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value.
• Buyers must pick up merchandise by 1:00pm of the pick-up day. If pick-up is not made by 1:00pm and buyer has not made alternative arrangements, buyer forfeits property and said property will be disposed of. Buyer must arrange for packing, loading, and transportation of purchase.
• Our company was founded and is run by a team mainly comprised of women, so we encourage you to bring help if you are looking to purchase something large.
• We have bags and wrapping available to you free of charge, but you are encouraged to bring your own as we cannot guarantee unlimited supplies.
