Description & Details

The estate of a professional civil engineer who built this home in a very original 50s style.  You won't see another house like this one. 55 years of accumulation. Books, mid century modern furniture, office furniture, kitchen items, glassware, outdoor items, golf equipment, tools, music, toys, games, appliances, tchotchkes, fake flowers and coins.  Photos and more descriptions to come.  The home will be for sale as well.  Everything must go.

Books: There will be a fairly large collection of 1st edition books and older books priced individually, then there will be another collection that will be flat priced.

Coins: There will not be any silver or gold coins offered at this sale or even older coins.  A lot of modern sets, foreign coins, and coin books.

Appliances: There is a freezer in the basement.  We're not sure yet whether the other appliances will go with the house.

Toys: Not much and nothing old.

Golf Equipment: Set of older Mizuno forged irons (similar to the ones played by Tiger Woods in the 90s) and some other odds and ends.

Tools: No big items.  Just smalls and nothing collectible.

Mid Century Modern Furniture: No Knoll or Herman Miller stuff unfortunately.  Some unusual pieces though as you can see in the pictures.

Office Furniture: There is a large amount of drafting tools including a neat old drafting table from Kueffel & Esser.  Also there are some black metal bookcases and cabinets.
