Circle drive must be kept clear as a loading zone and turn around.

Please park responsibly. Leave enough room for vehicles to get down drive.

We reserve the right to deny any person or persons from entering sale. ( This is for the troublemakers, not you. )

If an item is not priced, the item is not free. Tags fall off. Items get missed. Please seek out a salesperson and a reasonable price will be applied.

Items cannot be removed from premises without paid receipt. A $100 cash reward will be given to any one person who catches another stealing that leads to prosecution. The one caught stealing will be photographed, removed from the sale by local authorities and that thieve's face and name will shared among other estate sale companies for hundreds of miles. The one catching the low life in the act will be a hero. Families work too hard to have a stranger, a guest invited to their home, steal items just because that low life believes they need it more, its more than they wanted to pay, or the estate will never miss it.  

Holding areas will be provided, however, the estate nor its agents are responsible for any items removed from that area by another. So, please look out for each other.

The second floor of the garage has limited capacity so the number of people allowed in the garage attic will be restricted to 5 people plus one salesperson. 

In spite of all that, we are looking to make this sale fun and worthwhile for all.

Bring gloves and a truck! We have boxes so you don't need to worry about that!
