We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with valid drivers license, current address and phone number. CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY for total purchases over $299.
FORESTER often helps other families who are not allowed to conduct an estate sale on their property by taking their items offsite and selling in another FORESTER estate sale. This is stated in our contract and buyers are to be aware that all items with a different color tag are from another estate. FORESTER sells nothing of their own in their estate sales.
ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS; sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:00am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.
NOTE: If customers bring in a bag, please be prepared for us to inspect and empty the entire contents of that bag upon leaving estate. Thank you for understanding.

MAIN FLOOR & BASEMENT
Without exaggeration, if one were to just look at each table for just 5 minutes max, it would take them TWO HOURS just in the basement!! The basement is a catacomb of rooms filled with literally 1000’s of interesting things. The main floor has a huge ballroom style living room with a curved ceiling, jammed packed full of artwork, and collectibles from around the world! Don't forget to enjoy and shop the mansion's dining room, the formal study, the massive entry, the butlers pantry, the kitchen, the kitchen nook and the incredible solarium porch! Give yourself a day to shop this incredible historic home.
Be sure to look at every photo as there are serious rare collectibles around every corner!

NOTE: We are selling and taking offers on Friday 20th and only going to Half Off on Saturday 21st. You will need to return NEXT weekend Friday 27th (full price) & Saturday 28th (half off), HOWEVER you will need to return on the third day Sunday 29th to get 75% off or more.
We will NOT be open Sunday 22nd
FYI: Don't be fooled into thinking the upstairs and attic are not worth the return trip next weekend. It's just as cool and full!
