We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with valid drivers license, current address and phone number. CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY for total purchases over $299.
FORESTER often helps other families who are not allowed to conduct an estate sale on their property by taking their items offsite and selling in another FORESTER estate sale. This is stated in our contract and buyers are to be aware that all items with a different color tag are from another estate. FORESTER sells nothing of their own in their estate sales.
ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS; sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.
Attention!! ALL PARKING IS ACROSS STREET IN HOYT PARK PUBLIC PARKING LOT. Please use cross walk at street light. Driveway for 10 minute MAX pick ups only and will be strictly enforced to assure all customers are served properly. Thank you!

FYI: Don't be fooled into thinking the upstairs and attic are not worth the return trip. It's just as cool and full! The upstairs has FIVE bedrooms and full attic with 10 foot ceilings that you will not believe, it’s like out of a movie. The second floor will include hundreds of very rare smalls and collectibles, lots of vintage clothing and costumes, bar-ware, advertising, furniture and artwork.
Last week we only went to half off, so there is lots left to buy in the main floor and basement. PLUS we are taking offers on Friday, going down to 50% on Saturday and down to 75% on Sunday and even more towards the end of the day to make sure we sell it all!.
NOTE: If customers bring in a bag, please be prepared for us to inspect and empty the entire contents of that bag upon leaving estate. Thank you for understanding.
The ATTIC stairs are steep and this post serves as a formal warning, all customers who enter the attic, enter at their own risk, those with walking issues will not be allowed into attic. No worries, there will be plenty more to see, buy and enjoy every where else!
