We are conducting a large estate sale in Saginaw, MI Friday May 29th & Saturday the 30th. This is a large sale; the lady was an incredibly talented artist so expect lots of artwork and crafting materials. The house, garage, and back area are full of stuff. Most items are in great shape. The home will be sanitized. Signups out half hour prior. Possible rain in the morning of day 1! We will be open rain or shine.

Sign-up sheet will be out at around 8:30 am. Day 1. Please do not sign up anyone other than yourself.

Start time will be 9:00 am Friday and we will be open until 5:00 pm. Doors close at 4:30pm!

Saturday's start time is 10:00am we will be open until 3:00pm. Doors close at 2:30pm!

Day 2 signup is always 9:30am.

We will only take checks in the range of $20.00 - $200.00 (if accepted). Please note, no out of state checks will be accepted. CASH is King!

Prices of items will not be posted prior to the sale, there will be no holds or early entry.

As always only the official K.R.S signup sheet(s) will be honored. Any and all street numbers do not count.

10 Occupants at any given time. Masks required unless you have an existing medical condition.

NO food, drinks, large bags/purses/backpacks, or children will be allowed in the sales!

As always BRING help to load your large items, we cannot and will not load anything. Thank you.
