We also accept bids at or over 60% of marked price on all items tagged at $100.00 or more on the first day of the sale.
We will make a sign in sheet available at 7am on Wednesday morning one hour before the sale opens.
If a Street Sheet is started by the first person to arrive, we will honor that and then transfer the names to the official list at 7am.

This is the Estate of Ernest Pfund who was a master woodworker & Carver and was a member of the Tri cities wood Carvers Guild. In the basement you will find Many tools and Wood working Machinery. There is also a full house of Furniture, Antiques & accessories and Garage & Small shed to be liquidated in 2 days as this Beautiful Ranch style Home has been sold and needs to be cleared out immediately. We are currently racing against time to get it all staged & set up, so most of the sale will be priced but a lot of the smaller tools & items in the basement workshop will not be as there are way too many items to price individually. More photos will be posted as we just got into to home a few days ago. Will update with descriptions & more photos in the next days to come.
