We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with valid drivers license, current address and phone number. CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY for total purchases over $299.
ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS; sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.

Hello Friends!
Andrew and I have a long anticipated announcement. After a year of prayer, planning and patience the Forester family has had the opportunity and honor of becoming the new owners of:
MAGMA GEMS JEWELRY & REPAIR in Saginaw, Michigan. Located at 1975 Midland Road in Saginaw. MAGMA GEMS JEWELRY & REPAIR has been faithfully serving the Great Lakes Bay area for 40 years. One of the last places to get repairs and made-to-order fine jewelry.
After working as an apprentice under the now retired owner (although he will be around by appointment for a few of his long standing customers if needed), Frank, for the last year. Andrew has finished his apprenticeship and has been able to fulfill a lifelong dream of being a designer. With two amazing jewelers, whom have decades of fine jewelry experience, Val and Nancy are staying on as staff so Andrew is in good company. Andrew spent much of his younger years pursuing education and experience in the Arts only to be told by his mother that he, “will not be a starving artist” and was to pursue a degree and life in business.
We are grateful for the hundreds of friends that have supported us over the last 21 years in Saginaw, Bay City and Midland. Andrew has always believed as an entrepreneur that, “Michigan is boot camp for small businesses and if you can succeed here, you can succeed anywhere.” So many of you have been praying and believing for us. Especially those who have been with us through the tough times. We are humbled to see God move mountains for us to get this.
We will both continue to be involved in our other business, Forester Relocation and Estate, and are thankful everyday for our amazing staff that makes it possible for us to be able to pursue new opportunities. So what's in it for you??? You ASK?
