We will only take checks in excess of $20.00 (if accepted). Please note, no out of state checks will be accepted.
Prices of items will not be posted prior to the sale, there will be no holds or early entry.
All items are from the estate, we do not add to the sale.
NO food, drinks, large bags/purses/backpacks, or groups of children will be allowed in the sales!

We are conducting our final sale of 2017 on Saturday December 16^th. This is a very nice little sale in Saginaw Township. All items are quality and everything is in great condition. The house is located in the subdivision behind Heritage High School. This will be a one day blow out sale. Perfect time for last minute Christmas gifts!! Discount pricing times will be posted after the sale opens.
