The address will be emailed to winning online bidders and goes live on www.Estatesales.net 24 hours prior to the event taking place.

>EARLY REGISTRATION & SIGN-IN<
MME will place (2) sign-in sheets outside the home at 9:00pm on Thursday night (03-23-23).
A security staff member will work the graveyard shift to watch over the sign-in sheet and check on-site shoppers in.
The first sign-in sheet will be for general household entry; the second sheet is for entry into the restricted high-end coin & collectible area only. Payment will be collected separately in each area.

Sign-In Sheet #1: The first 30 people to sign the General Household Sheet will be granted first entry into the home; we will allow more customers in as space allows.
Sign-In Sheet #2: The first 4 people to sign the high-end restricted area sheet will be granted first entry into the second part of our sale. Customer count will be restricted to a max of four customers at a time. Payment will be collected in restricted area prior to customers exiting with assets.

Customers MUST:
BRING A VALID FORM OF ID - customer identification is an REQUIREMENT OF ENTERING OUR RESTRICTED HIGH-END AREA; without it you will be denied entry and turned away. If you are not at the high-end entry door when your name is called, you will lose your place in line.

MME will collect the following customer info:
1.) Full Legal Name
2.) Home Address
3.) Phone Number
4.) Email Address

Armed guards and security cameras will be utilized.

Sign-In Instructions:
1.) Legibly print your first and last name on the roster.

2.) Arrive back on-site no later than 8:50am on Friday morning and wait for your name to be called.

Sign up sheets for the following day will be held at the counter and available at sale start.

2 separate check-out and hold areas will be located inside the home and clearly marked.

> ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT <
* Cash
* Local Checks w/ Valid ID - $1,000 or under unless known personally by Owner.
* Venmo + 2.5% Fee
* PayPal + 4% Fee
* Credit/Debit Cards + 4% Fee

***Certain merchandise will be excluded from our discount policy including but not limited to gold, sterling, fine jewelry, coins, vehicles including trailers and boats, fine art, firearms, redlines and more.
Items such as these will be reduced no lower than wholesale cost and/or MM will accept bids.

A bid box will be located at each check-out. Fill out our form and place your max bid(s) on eligible items. You may submit your max bid by phone or text during sale hours by calling: (989)600-8192.

On day 1, MM will accept bids at or higher than 60% of marked prices. MME reserved the right to reject any and all bids.

> REMOVAL OF LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS <
• You are required to bring manpower to haul ALL heavy, large or bulky purchases from property.
• All large purchases MUST be picked up by 3:00pm on Saturday, March 25, 2023.

Mid-Michigan Estates will prosecute anyone caught stealing from our sales.

MM is NOT responsible for accidents, injuries or theft on property.
Always use caution and personal discretion while attending our events; do not enter restricted areas. Watch your step and your head. Lock your vehicle & supervise your purchases.

• Unfortunately, we are under contract and unable to sell ANY on-site estate sale items pictured prior to 9:00am on Friday morning.

• If you cannot attend our event in person and wish to purchase from Mid-Michigan Estates, you may order by phone after 9:15am on Friday and Saturday.
• Phone sales must be secured with immediate payment.
• MM ships to all 50 states & provides tracking and insurance at buyers expense.
• Shipping costs and insurance are calculated and paid by purchaser prior to shipment issued.
• Some restrictions may apply.
