We've got an estate sale that's like an 80s time capsule; we've dug up everything from mid-century oddities to your every day "I-need-this-now" stuff...and clothes, clothes, clothes.

All the important details...

Day 1

We will open the house at 8:45 a.m. and remain open until 4 p.m.
After 3 p.m., we will take in-person offers on furniture and higher-priced pieces over $100.

Day 2

everything is 50% off.
At noon, we are taking offers on furniture and higher-priced items.
At 1 pm, it is "make a pile, make a fair offer." The bigger the pile, the better the deal. It's all got to go!
We close at 2 pm.
