Day 1

We will open the house at 8:45 a.m. and remain open until 4 p.m.
After 3 p.m., we will take in-person offers on furniture and higher-priced pieces over $100.

Day 2

We open at 10 am, everything is 50% off.
At noon, it is "make a pile, make a fair offer." The bigger the pile, the better the deal. It's all got to go!
We close at 1 pm
