We also accept bids at or over 60% of marked price on all items tagged at $100.00 or more on the first day of the sale.
We will make a sign in sheet available at 8AM on Saturday morning one hour before the sale opens.
If a Street Sheet is started by the first person to arrive, we will honor that and then transfer the names to the official list at 8am.

Please be prepared to load your own items at the time of purchase or make arrangements at time of purchase.
WE WILL NOT ASSIST WITH THE REMOVAL OF LIFTING OF HEAVY ITEMS, So Please bring help for that.

NOTE: The House is Alarmed & Cameras are being used on property inside and out
The home is not huge so we will still limit the amount first in for safety reasons.
