All customers must "Sign-In" their Own name on Great Lakes Bay Estate Sales Sign In Form. The sign out sheet will be put out at 7:30 am.
GARAGE OPENS @ 8:30 FRIDAY -- Main House opens @ 9 each day
GLB Estate Sales, our staff & the homeowners are not responsible for accidents of any kind. You enter at your own risk. No food, drinks, large bags/purses/backpacks, or groups of children will be allowed in the sales! No advance sales, therefore, no prices quoted prior to sale. At this sale in particular, we will actually count your items to make sure they are all written down. We have tons of valuable small items.
Please do not block neighbors driveways.
We accept cash, major credit cards (+4% credit card fee) and check (w/ drivers license, address & phone #). Cash or credit card Only for total purchases over $300.
All items are considered used and sold "As Is". No returns. No refunds.
You MUST Have Your Own Help To Carry Large Or Heavy Items -- No Exceptions! Items must be picked up by 12 noon on the last day of the sale.
