Thursday: 9pm-2pm 50% off everything.
And the last hour will be making even better deals till it's all gone!
We also accept bids at or over 60% of marked price on all items tagged at $100.00 or more on the first day of the sale.
We will make a sign in sheet available at 8AM on Wednesday morning one hour before the sale opens.
If a Street Sheet is started by the first person to arrive, we will honor that and then transfer the names to the official list at 8am but once you sign the street sheet you must stay till 8am when the official list comes out...no exceptions!

Welcome to a Zilwaukee Pickers / Diggers Estate sale.
The house & Garage are full and to many items to tag, so we will only be pricing about 10% of the items and the rest you will pick and dig it out and make a pile and make a fair offer to clean this house & Garage out! So Make sure to bring gloves for digging in the Garage.
There is an upstairs Second floor in the house, please use caution when going up and coming down, the stairs are narrow short and steep, so please make sure to use the handrail at all times.
Also Please Bring your own boxes and paper for wrapping, we will have a very limited amout at this sale.
