ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS; sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.

Great TOWNSHIP Sale
Our FORESTER Estate Junkies have found a "gold mine" attending all our sales!
This wonderful three bedroom, non-smoking home on a popular road holds a ton of great shopping treasures.
Be sure to bring your friends to shop all the incredible jewelry our sales have had lately. NEW and Vintage both!
Lots of great furniture, small workshop, basement, full kitchen, and garage. FORESTER sales are just plain fun, people are attending because it's just a happy place to be. So if you are not fun or happy the day of the sale, we encourage you not to come by, there are plenty of other places to spend your day. However, if you need a little joy and time to just get away, please by all means come by and say "Hello". We would love to see you.
Special thanks to the many customers who surprise us and bring my team coffee, donuts, bags and snacks. You are all so appreciated :)
And don't think we do not see you helping each other. Some of you are just wonderful. If you have not already, use our sales as an opportunity to help some one out. Do your good deed for the day. Not for me, but for yourself. You will find that thinking outside of ourselves every once and awhile is an amazing source of happiness.
One of my team members spoke to a customer recently who decided to venture down to the southern portion of our great State for an estate sale. After getting roughed up a bit, mainly from all the greedy customers, her only response was, "I will never go again." Although there are some great estate sale companies down there, I too found it pretty dog-eat-dog when I attended a few.
So other than the fact that we have WAY cheaper prices up here. Let's make FORESTER estate sales the place where people are appreciated and treated well by both the staff and the customers. Every weekend!!! :D
