We are hosting an Estate sale for the late owner of Moonies Ice Cream on State St. This will take place in Saginaw Township right off Midland rd. There will be plenty of parking up close to the building and you will not have to walk far to get inside.This sale will take place on Thursday September 28th and Friday the 29th. Come check us out!

Please take note that there will be a sign up sheet. It will be out for access a half hour before the sale starts.  Only the official King Residential Services sheet will be honored. No street numbers or other forms of sign up will be accepted.

Rain or shine we will be open!

Times are:
Thursday Sept 28th: 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m
Friday Sept 29th: 10:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m

• We are not responsible for accidents of any kind. You enter at your own risk. 
• Cash or Local Check Only. No Debit/Credit cards.
• We will only take checks in excess of $20.00 (if accepted).
• Please note, no out of state checks will be accepted. 
• Prices of items will not be posted prior to the sale, there will be no holds or early entry.
• All items are from the estate, we do not add to the sale.
• NO food, drinks, large bags/purses/backpacks, or groups of young children will be allowed in the sales!
