We are not responsible for accidents of any kind. You enter the property at your own risk.

We will only take checks in the range of $20.00 - $200.00 (if accepted). Please note, no out of state checks will be accepted. So bring CASH!
Prices of items will not be posted prior to the sale, there will be no holds or early entry.
As always only the official K.R.S signup sheet(s) will be honored. Any and all street numbers do not count.
NO food, drinks, large bags/purses/backpacks, or groups of children will be allowed in the sales!
As always BRING help to load your large items, we cannot and will not load anything. Thank you.

We are conducting a moderate sized estate sale in Saginaw Township Friday August 14th & Saturday the 15th. There is a lot of crafting items here along with a plethora of other goodies..
Sign-up sheet will be out at around 8:30 am. Please do not sign up anyone other than yourself.
Start time will be 9:00 am Friday and we will be open until 5:00 pm.
