• Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm • 25% OFF
• Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm • 50% OFF
• Sunday: 9:00am - 2:00pm • 75% OFF

***Certain merchandise may be excluded from our discount policy including but not limited to gold, sterling, fine jewelry, coins, vehicles, trailers, fine art and firearms. Items such as these will be reduced no lower than wholesale cost and/or MM will accept bids.
• A bid box will be located at check out; please fill out our form to place your max bid on eligible items.

> EARLY REGISTRATION / SIGN IN SHEET
Our Sign In Sheet will be released on August 3rd @ 6:00pm outside of the home and clearly marked.
The Sign-In Sheet will dictate the order we allow customers to enter. You must sign this sheet if there are people waiting ahead of you.
The first 30 people on the list will be allowed into the home; we will allow more customers in as space allows.
You must:
1.) Legibly print your first name and last initial on the roster.
2.) Take your corresponding Number Card from the showcase
3.) Present Number Card when your name is called.

Hold tables and check out are located under the blue 20x10 tent in the yard.

�� REMOVAL OF LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS
You are required to bring manpower to haul ALL heavy, large or bulky purchases from property.
All items MUST be removed before 1:00pm on Sunday, August 7th, 2022.

Mid-Michigan Estates will prosecute anyone caught stealing from our sales and they will be banned. Security cameras will be utilized.

We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on premises. Always use caution and personal discretion while attending our event. Be kind to one another. Enter areas with caution, lock your vehicle & supervise your purchases.

• Unfortunately, we are under contract and unable to sell The Estate Sale Items before 9:00am on Thursday, August 4th, 2022.

☎️ PHONE SALES/PICK-UP
• If you cannot attend our event in person and wish to purchase from Mid-Michigan Estates, you may order by phone after 9:15am. The first 30 people will be given first opportunity to purchase Estate Sale items.
Phone sales must be secured with payment or a money order mailed. Restrictions may apply.
Eligible Items can be shipped to purchaser; purchaser is required to pay additional shipping costs. Please call Mid-Michigan Estates directly for more information.
