1.) Prices in pictures may not reflect asking price when the sale opens to the public. MM reserved the right to adjust prices on items as more research is being done. Prices are finalized at 9:00am sale morning.
2.) Certain merchandise will be excluded from our traditional discount policy including but not limited to gold, sterling, fine jewelry, coins, vehicles, trailers, fine art, firearms and other highly collectible items. Please inquire for more information because each sale is unique.
3.) Inventory included in our disclaimer policy will be reduced no lower than wholesale cost or MM will accept bids and sell to the highest offer.

• Local Checks w/ Valid ID - $1,000 or under unless known personally by Owner.

>EARLY REGISTRATION & SIGN-IN<
• MM will place a first entry sheet outside the home at 8:00am each morning. (1hr before the sale opens to the public)
• The first 30 people to sign the Entry Sheet will be granted first entry onto the property on all sale days. We will diligently allow more customers in as space allows!
We do honor a street sheet however, the first in line must stay until 8:00am.
Sign-In Instructions:
1.) LEGIBLY PRINT your FIRST and LAST name on the roster.
2.) Arrive back on-site no later than 8:50am on sale mornings and wait for your instructions and your name to be called.
3.) When your name is called, announce that you are here when entering onto the property.

MM workers are stationed throughout the home & at the check-out counter for assistance.

> CHECK OUT / HOLD TABLES <
The Check-Out & Hold Table Areas will be located in the garage.

> BIDDING <
On Day 1, MM accepts bids AT or OVER 60% of marked prices on all items priced at $100.00 or over.
MM reserved the right to reject any & all bids.
• Our bid box is located at the check-out counter. Fill out our form accurately and place your max bid(s) on eligible items.

> REMOVAL OF LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS <
• Customers are required to bring manpower to haul ALL heavy, large or bulky purchases from property.
• All large purchases MUST be picked up by 3:00pm on the last day of the sale unless other arrangements are made between buyer and MM.

> PHONE SALES & OFF-SITE BIDDING <
• If you cannot attend our event in person and wish to purchase from MM, you may order & bid on items by calling our company.
• Customers may order after 9:15am EST on listed sale days by calling 989-600-8192.
• Phone sales will be answered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Buyer is required to pay shipping fees quoted plus a handling fee of 50% of the total shipping cost at time of purchase.
• Insurance is available and is required on certain orders. Inquire for more info.
• Tracking information is provided to buyer by way of picture text message.

• Small flat rate envelope: $12.00
• Small flat rate box: $ 15.00
• Medium flat rate box: $22.00
• Large flat rate box: $28.00
• Signature Required: $3.00
• Other sizes will be calculated individually.
• Ups professional packing & shipping services are available upon request.

MM will prosecute anyone caught stealing from our sale & reserves the right to ban any customer from our sales due to poor behavior or disorderly conduct.

> SAFTEY <
• MM is NOT responsible for accidents, injuries or theft on property.
• Always use caution and personal discretion while attending our event; do not enter restricted areas. Watch your step and your head. Lock your vehicle & supervise your purchases.

> PRE-SALES <
• Unfortunately, MM is under contract and unable to sell ANY on-site estate sale items prior to 9:00am on sale morning.

> HEALTH & SAFTEY <
• We are counting on you to keep yourself & others safe. Do not attend our event if you are feeling ill or exposed to illness. Maintain a safe distance from other shoppers; the sale has been set up to increase personal space as you shop.
