MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.

Front Wheel Drive, 112550 miles, excellent condition, white with taupe interior, Automatic, PS, PB, 4-door, A/C, rear defrost, power windows & locks, power mirrors, power drivers seat w/lumbar adjustment, AM/FM & CD player, rear spoiler.
Oil changes done on schedule, BRAND NEW BRAKES, needs front tires, small dent on front passenger fender, missing one hubcap, small spots of rust by wheelwells, rest is in excellent condition.

Sorry NO test drives. Starts only. Driver’s License exchange for keys. Price of vehicle will be posted on car at sale. However, only written bids will be taken. A written bid is a confidential offer written on an OFFICIAL FORESTER BID SHEET by buyer and given to cashier. Bids are not shared with anyone. Bids higher than asking price are accepted. Bids are collected both Friday and Saturday. Phone bids are accepted only for bid increases to existing bid. Highest bidder is called Saturday after sale and arrangements are made at that time to meet the following Monday to test drive (if appropriate) and full payment collected. WRITTEN BIDS ARE BINDING. Serious bids only. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO PAY, THIS IS A REFLECTION OF YOUR INTEGRITY. Payment must be in CASH or official bank cashier’s check made out to FORESTER. ALL titles are clear. Titles will be signed by original owner, appropriate paperwork from Secretary of State will be provided by the estate trustee for ease of registration. In some cases, after full payment is received by FORESTER, buyer will get keys/vehicle and Buyer will be given contact info for Seller to meet and collect the title.
