This estate is in a trust with bank. As such it will be run in a different style than my usual sales. This combined with covid restrictions means there will strictly enforced social distancing, masks required and limited numbers of people allowed in at a time. Maybe bring a lawn chair for the wait. Given the heat along with the covid issues we are going to have an appointment time sign up. That way you won't have to stand in the heat but can come back at your appointment time and be admitted. All new and we will see how it works. May have to make changes as we go along. I must say this sale is worth it. We will do our very best to make this sale run smoothly as we value all our customers. Cash only. Not responsible for accidents. Everything is where as, where is. All sales are final and no refunds. No children unless attached to the hand of an adult or will be asked to leave. Sign up sheet is 1/2 hour before the sale. You have to load your own items so bring muscle. There are lots of great things for sale in the garage. No bags or large purses. Light carpets so no shoes. All items have to be removed by the end of the sale. No early sales. Jewelry viewing will be 20 min. each so everyone gets a chance.
