 There is a long drive up to the house.  You may park on the grass/lawn next to the drive.  Please do not park in the round about as that is reserved for loading.  Please do not park on the south side of the house as that is not owners property.

Sign up is 1/2 hr. before sale.  No large purses or bags allowed.  Not responsible for accidents.  All sales are "where is" and "as is" and are final.  Due to the fragile nature of the inventory we will have to limit the number of people admitted at a time. If you break it, you buy it.  Please be patient.

You are responsible for removing your purchases by end of sale.  Cash or check with proper I.D.
