- Cash and major credit/debit cards accepted (Visa, MC, Disc, Amex), please no checks
- Everything sold as is, where is. All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties.
- Please bring help for large items. We will help when available!
- If an item is to be left for a later pick up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- We will hand out numbers at 7:30 am on Friday, July 13th. These numbers will be used to line up customers to enter the sale in the order in which they arrived. YOU MUST BE PRESENT AT 8:30am TO RECIEVE YOUR NUMBER EVEN IF YOUR NAME IS ON A LIST!
- We will open the sale at 8am on Friday, July 13th, 2018.

This one truly has something for everyone! We are still setting up as of this writing and still finding more treasures! We expect to have piles of horse tack as well as a massive pile of beautiful oak lumber that was milled from trees on the family property.
