- Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties.
- There will be no prices given out prior to the sale.
- The property owners and House of Memories Estate Services are not responsible for any accidents.
- We will assist with vehicle loading when available...so please bring help for moving larger items during the first few hours of the sale. Thank you!
- If an item has to be left at the house for a later pick-up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- House of Memories is committed to offering all items we find to you first...we DO NOT buy early. The customers will always have the first shot at everything : )
FIRST DAY OPENING ENTRY:
- WE WILL NO LONGER BE USING OR ACCEPTING ANY SIGN-UP LISTS. Please arrive at the sale site as early as you are comfortable and line up to receive an entry number.
- We will begin handing out entry numbers at 8am on Friday, April 19 . These numbers will be used to line customers up to enter the sale in the order in which they arrived.
- These entry numbers are only used for the initial line-up and entry, when the sale opens on DAY ONE.
- We will then open the sale at 9am on Friday, April 19.

4-2-19 UPDATE
We worked on the setup inside the house today, and I was able to get most of the sports memorabilia, toys, and other collectibles out on display...and there are some AMAZING items! Factory sealed ball card boxes, Mint on Card toys, signed baseballs, photos and cards, uncut card sheets, figures New in the Box, Danbury Mint and Highland Mint items, and more!
We also found a selection of jewelry, as well as antique silver coins, buffalo nickels, Indian head pennies, and more.
4-1-19 UPDATE
We've decided to push this sale back one week due to having LOTS to do! There's quite a bit of setup to be done, and pricing will take some effort! So we will now be holding this sale on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20.
Also, we've added photos at the bottom of the gallery of the attached garage final setup...so check out the goodies we found!

We're excited to be presenting this Scotts estate sale to you! Our client is going to be downsizing and moving locally, and these are the treasures they're leaving behind for you to find!
We're beginning our setup in the detached garage/workshop area, the attached garage, and the gardening shed...and we're nearly done going through to discover what will be for sale. The workshop is filled to the brim with great tools, industrial items, collectibles, smalls, antiques, and more! It's a two-stall garage space with additional space for projects...and every square foot is filled! We're also just beginning to work in the gardening shed and attached garage, so stay tuned for more setup pics in those areas the week of April 1.
We will also have access to the house after April 1, so stay tuned for details of what's available inside the home! There will be LOTS of great household items, furniture pieces, antiques, kitchen items, and a fantastic sports memorabilia collection! House pics will be added after April 3.
