Although we may not be able to respond to all emails, please use the email availability on this site if you wish to communicate with us. We are still very busy working and preparing for this sale.

NO SMOKING, OF ANY TYPE, ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY....INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. We appreciate it very much.

No sign-up sheet will be used for this sale.
This is one large building where the sale is held with only one large entrance in front. Some merchandise may be place outside the entrance door.

Our checkout area is right at the entrance. There's plenty of room to come and go from that large doorway.

We will have an area for our customers to put items for holding, but at their own risk. We are not able to monitor it.

As you check out, there will be a table for you to do your own wrapping and packing of items you're purchasing. We will have some tubs, boxes, bags and wrapping paper but we're not sure how long our supply will last. Might be wise to bring your own.

All sales are final; sold as is. All items must be removed the day of the sale. You must have your own help to load furniture and large items, etc!

Cash preferred or Checks, only with proper ID. ($40 returned check fee).

Parking is allowed off to the side of our driveway and our driveway is large too. Please do not park in the firing lane nor near the entrance to the sale, unless loading large items.
