We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with valid drivers license, current address and phone number. CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY for total purchases over $299.
ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS; sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.

Yes, this is farther out that we typically go. However, this wonderful family did their research and really wanted our company and all our amazing customers find new homes for all their father's belongings and settle their estate. We consider it a true honor to serve them. Due to the amount of great items at this home, it will be well worth your drive to come out and find some outstanding deals.
