Because we are conducting our sale in a private home, and at the request of the home owner,
OUR RULES REQUIRE EVERYONE to wear a PROPER FACE MASK.
NO MASK , NO ENTRY. NO EXCEPTIONS
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU DON’T COMPLY.
Also, due to home size, we will need to restrict the number of persons inside the house at one time.
NO RESTROOMS AVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS (young or old) PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY
No camping overnight
We are able to offer for pre-sale, large items, including, Large Extremely Heavy Milling Machines, Vehicle, Boat on Trailer, Sofa- Sleeper, by appointment only, selling at full marked price ( no discount)

Each sale is listed with pictures and some are added as we find more stuff , if you see something in the pictures that you would like more information on please contact us and we will tell you the best we can of what we know about that item.

All sales are final we do not accept any personal checks. We do however accept cash, and credit cards.

We are unable to help load large items, you Will need to bring help, if you make a purchase we will hold it until you come pick it up by 2:00 pm last day of sale, as long as it’s paid for.

We make it our goal to keep everyone safe through the sale process and we mark all potentially dangerous areas as best we can and block off places where your safety would be at risk. As per every sale you are entering the premises at your own risk we will not be liable for any injuries at the sale location.

Calling all Machinists,  1977 Cadillac lovers ( driving down the road in a big ole Cadillac) and weekend sailors. 
 

This sale features industrial grade drill press, metal lathe, and polisher. Vintage Case lawn tractor with implements, David Bradley “project” tractor. 21’ Bay Hen sail boat with cabin, wooden Mahogany boat carcass (the wood is good for wooden projects) , 30’ fiberglass boat on trailer needs restoration. Vintage 1940’s Gray Marine boat engine, vintage his and hers Schwinn bicycles, towable cargo cart, hunting stands, household furnishings including floral sofa sleeper, futon, bed frames and leather recliner. Brand new deluxe chicken condo, handmade quail house, hen house roosting accessories.  More items to follow.
